Tom Dugan represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. Tom provides counsel to master and special servicers in the acquisition of servicing rights for structured finance transactions for agency, CMBS and single-asset single-borrower securitizations. He also works with primary servicers on lender requests including assumptions, significant modifications and ownership transfers for securitized loans and with special servicers on their defaulted loan assets. Tom also advises property owners on matters involving acquisitions, dispositions and financings of their commercial real estate investments and portfolios.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, Tom worked at another law firm in Washington DC with a focus on representing lenders in the origination of multifamily agency loans.
