Mr. Doughty’s telecommunications practice focuses on assisting corporate clients and trade associations with various legal and regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Aviation Administration, courts and various state agencies. He handles a variety of telecommunications matters for clients at the FCC and is highly regarded for his expertise related to private wireless licensing and FCC enforcement.
While in law school, Mr. Doughty spent a semester as a Legal Intern in the Investigations and Hearings Division of the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau. He was a member of the Catholic University Law Review and the Moot Court Association where he competed in the 2015 National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition. Mr. Doughty graduated with a certificate from the Communications Law Institute.
