Erica H. Kobloth, Esquire graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.

Upon graduation from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Erica attended Florida Coastal School of Law. During her studies Erica presented in-depth legal writings on domestic violence and juvenile criminal law, including a domestic violence ALWR titled “A Man's Castle, a Woman's Dungeon”.

Erica graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and a Family Law Certificate, which is a special designation granted to students who completed a minimum of 15 credit hours in family law courses. She also received a Dean's List commendation.

Immediately upon graduation from law school Erica was offered a law clerk position with a Florida law firm. After passing the Florida bar, Erica was promoted to associate attorney. As an associate attorney she handled a variety of civil law matters, including general litigation and foreclosure matters.

In just over a year, Erica was promoted to junior partner and managing attorney for the firm's family law division. As junior partner and managing attorney, she managed over 100 family law matters throughout Florida, including dissolution of marriage, time-sharing, alimony, relocation issues, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, and more.

Before joining Discount Divorce Erica ventured into private practice and opened Family Law Services, P.A. After focusing as a solo practitioner, it became clear that a team oriented approach to the representation of our clients made more sense and was more practicable. Thus, Erica joined Meltzer & Bell, P.A.'s family law division in 2016.

Wiith Discount Divorce she exclusively handles family law matters. With years of experience, Erica has the knowledge and skill to ensure your family's interest is protected and your legal needs come first.
