Our Firm was founded in 1950 as Cobourn Notnagel Smith & Moran, by Frank M. Cobourn, Leland H. Notnagel, Fred A. Smith and Edward R. Moran, prominent attorneys in the areas of business and corporate law, civil litigation, and taxation. We have had many name changes over the more than 60 years since then and adopted our present name when Michael Manahan joined us in 2007.
Vernon E. Rohrbacher, the father of David and Matthew, two of the senior members of the firm, was one of the firm's first associates when the firm was founded.
