Brendan is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Group. He represents clients in all aspects of state and federal litigation, including complex commercial matters, corporate disputes, employment matters, intellectual property disputes, trade secret matters, real estate matters, appellate work and regulatory investigations.Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Brendan worked for the litigation department of a major international law firm in New York City for nearly eight years, where his practice focused on representing institutional clients in complex commercial matters, and representing institutions and individuals operating in highly regulated industries in responding to inquiries or subpoenas from prosecutors, government regulatory agencies and SROs.While in law school, Brendan worked at the U.S. Attorney's office for the District of Connecticut and at the Connecticut State's Attorney's office. He has been active in pro bono matters, representing clients in criminal appeals, asylum and immigration matters, and applications and appeals to the Veterans' Administration.Extracurricular- Brendan lives with his wife and daughter in Stamford, CT.- In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, running, swimming, practicing yoga, and golfing.
