    Mr.Hinkel is the worst attorney that I have encountered.I hired him to represent me in a title 7 matter against my former employer Johnson and Johnson. Mr. Hinkel was paid by opposing attorney David Waxse to intentionally misrepresent me. Both men falsified documents during discovery and at trial to weaken my case. Both men violated my civil and constitutional rights. Both men should be indicted for criminal offenses. Mr. Hinkel should be disbarred. Mr.Hinkel is disloyal and corrupt. Read less

    I hired Mr. Hinkel to represent me in my civil rights case against my former employer Johnson & Johnson. The case was a solid retaliation wrongful termination case. During Mr. Hinkels representation of me he proved himself to be incompetent and disloyal. Mr. Hinkel accepted a bribe from opposing attorney David Waxse to severely discredit the merits of my case. Disciplinary Charges were filed against Mr. Hinkel. He was eventually fired from his Topeka Law firm. He is horrible attorney. Read less
