The following are samples of matters in which Mr. Harnden has represented clients over the past few years: the purchase of an office/warehouse building and land; sale of limited liability company interests pertaining to a core city area development company; the purchase of a large core area property involving four historic buildings; creating a residential condominium project; an asset purchase of a beverage distributorship and distribution facility; donations of land to school districts, municipalities and nonprofit entities; numerous purchases and sales of raw land; numerous purchases and sales of improved properties; preparation of development documents in connection with numerous residential and commercial development projects, including sales contract forms and declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions; creating an office condominium project; creation of entities, including corporations, both for profit and nonprofit, and limited liability companies; the purchase of all of the outstanding capital stock of a long standing corporation in the business of manufacturing and selling cleaning products; preparation of residential purchase contracts, including builder financed contracts, owner financed contracts and cost-plus building contracts; the purchase of land and financing for the construction and operation of a hotel project; the purchase and sale of interests in limited liability companies; the sale of three Tractor Supply Company stores and leases; the sale and purchase of medical clinic properties; preparation of build-to-suit leases and financing documentation on behalf of the landlord for outdoor adventure retail stores; preparation of a build-to-suit lease for the landlord concerning a 162,000 square foot office and warehouse facility lease to Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc.; the sale of 31 Papa John's Pizza stores and related assets; preparation of leases on behalf of landlords for retail strip centers; the purchase of an apartment project containing approximately 200 units; representation of the purchaser of the assets of a large graphic design/printing company along with associated mezzanine and bank financing; the purchase of four office buildings and one multifamily apartment project; sale of a 100,000 square foot office building; the sale of a Hilton Garden Inn; preparation of leases on behalf of a landlord with three national restaurant chains; preparation of documents for an 83 unit executive storage condominium project; the sale of an assisted living facility; the sale of a 463,000 square foot office and warehouse facility located in the Dallas, Texas area; the sale of a 566,000 square foot building located in Memphis, Tennessee; the sale of a 817,000 square foot warehouse located in Fayetteville, North Carolina; negotiation and preparation of leases on behalf of tenant throughout the country on behalf of a national restaurant chain; the sale of several office buildings in a transaction referenced in the Wichita Business Journal as being the largest, commercial transaction in the history of Wichita, Kansas; representation of the seller of a retail shopping center.
