Eve focuses her practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

In District Court, Eve has represented plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement, copyright and trademark cases in a broad range of subject matters, including pharmaceutical drugs (including ANDA matters), information technology, and telecommunications technology. Her extensive experience in complex commercial litigation matters includes trade secrets, business torts, contracts, and non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.

Eve’s Court of Chancery experience includes a wide variety of cases involving breach of fiduciary duty claims, corporate control issues, officer and director indemnity, and statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law. Eve also counsels Delaware corporations on corporate law and governance issues, and provides third-party opinions related to Delaware corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and statutory trusts.

Experience: Delaware Counsel in multiple patent litigation matters, representing, among others, Dr. Reddy's, Amneal, Hetero, Accord, InterDigital, Roxane, Litera Technologies, Prinston, Synthon and West-Ward Pharmaceuticals; Obtained an $11 million jury verdict and a $1.4 million jury verdict in successive patent trials in the Delaware District Court; Represented a company in Delaware District Court action against former officer for misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements; Successfully defended a company in Delaware District Court action for injunctive relief, declaratory judgment, breach of contract, tortious interference and unfair competition in connection with a supply agreement; Represented a financial institution in the Court of Chancery in connection with its claims for conversion of approximately $17 million of collateral and breach of bailment agreement; Represented a technology company and its board of directors in shareholder class actions in the Court of Chancery challenging the fairness of a negotiated tender offer resulting in the company's merger
