Jennifer has experience in all of Delaware’s courts, but focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court. She represents clients in a wide range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance coverage and personal injury cases, corporate governance disputes, appraisal proceedings, and breach of fiduciary duty actions.

Before joining the firm, Jennifer negotiated and drafted complex commercial contracts for a global investment bank. She also served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Diane Clarke Streett in the Delaware Superior Court.
