Biography

A past Birmingham Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 recipient, Tony serves as the managing partner of Sirote's Orlando office and chairs the firm's Florida Mortgage Services Practice Group . He represents clients in financial and real estate litigation, including judicial foreclosures, title curative actions, contract disputes, collateral recovery, workouts, and claims involving fraud, consumer finance, lender liability, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and SCRA. Tony also represents clients in real estate transactions, handles loan closings, and issues title insurance policies.

Before joining Sirote, Tony was Chief of Staff and a law clerk for Alabama Supreme Court Justice Harold See.

Why did you become an attorney?

I became an attorney because I love to solve problems and enjoy helping people, two things I get to do every day I come to work.

What is the best part of your job?

The best part of my job (and the reason I joined Sirote in the first place) is the people that I get to work with every day. I am surrounded by amazingly dedicated and hardworking people with big hearts and engaging personalities who truly enjoy being around each other every day.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

When I am not working, you will find me traveling, hosting social gatherings, or tailgating at Orlando City soccer games and Florida Gator football games.
