  • Recently, the Cuyahoga County Court of Appeals issued its decision in the case of Martin v. Pechiney Plastic Packaging. The Court found that psychiatric conditions are not compensable under Ohio's worker's compensation laws, unless they originated from a physical condition. The Court also held that a compensable injury must also be accidental in nature to be eligible for compensation.
