S&A is a partnership between Bretton Sciaroni, an American lawyer with a background in the US Government and Matthew Rendall, an Australian lawyer who has extensive corporate experience. Both lawyers have been practicing in Cambodia for 20 years. They are supported by a team of international and Cambodian lawyers with strong legal backgrounds that are able to provide advice and guidance on a broad range of matters in a professional and friendly manner.
