As a member of SCG Legal, Field Law's clients also gain access to a seamless global network of firms allowing members to navigate a complex and ever-changing legal landscape with local support. The Canadian firms of the SCG Legal network have proactively worked to create an integrated SCG Legal Team Canada structure. The SCG Legal Canadian members include nine firms that span the country with 19 offices and over 500 lawyers. If compared to the largest firms in Canada, this combined Canadian network would fall in 7th place. As independent regional firms, the Canadian member firms feel that there is an advantage for clients in retaining strong, local and lean structures. This business alliance allows members to continue to develop deep provincial, municipal, regional business and community relationships while retaining a low overhead model.

Field's value advantage comes from a commitment to professional excellence and collaborative partnerships with our clients and networks. Clients benefit from Field Law’s framework of a client service culture and dedication to successfully running the Firm as a competitive, continuously improving business while pursuing legal excellence. Field Law is committed to meeting the needs of its clients through creative and pragmatic legal solutions that bring clarity to complex challenges.

One of Field Law’s core values is giving back to the communities it serves and is active in many community and charitable initiatives. The Field Law Community Fund Program was launched in 2013 and has so far provided $475,000 in funding to 82 local projects.
