Pete offers experience in all aspects of municipal finance. He has served as underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, trustee's counsel and bond insurer’s counsel in virtually every area of both tax exempt and taxable public finance. He represents the York County Industrial Development Authority, a major conduit issuer and has established strong, effective working relationships with each of the other major conduit issuers in York County. Typical financing projects include multi-family housing; health care institutions; public parks and industrial parks.
Pete takes a team approach to attorney/client relations. While developing the necessary one-to-one personal relationship with his clients, he also ensures that they have access to CGA’s full team of attorneys with expertise in a wide range of disciplines. This allows him to effectively meet both the professional and personal needs of every individual client.
