Biography

He began his legal career in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, serving at Fort Eustis. He is presently a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Florida Bar, the Newport News Bar Association, and member and Past President of the York/Poquoson Bar Association. Roy is also an active participant in his synagogue (serving as President from 1992-1994) and is s past-President of the United Jewish Community of the Virginia Peninsula (1998-2002). Roy, his wife Betty, and their three sons David, Michael and Ethan, reside in the Seaford Township of York County. Recipient: NCCJ-Virginia Humanitarian Award, 2006.     Gave incomplete information at the time my Separation Agreement was drawn up. Advised that my husband would be held legally responsible for paying off a credit card, when the card was under my name. Now that he isn't paying for it, my credit is the one being affected and the credit card company is under no obligation to contact him for payment. When I contacted the firm for followup advice, before I could even explain my situation, they required debit/credit card info so I could be charged. Read less
