Mackmiller Manchester PLLC was founded in 1988 by attorney Thomas C. Manchester.We are located at 206 North Huron: a designated historic site on the Federal Register. Built in approximately 1858, the building served as a private residence until the 1960s when it was converted into a District court. A year after being purchased from the city in 1978, the building where Tom tried his first case was remodeled to serve as a law office.
