  • Do you own property in Frederick County, Maryland?

Was your property down-zoned as a result of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan or in the recent past? Would you like to change your current zoning?

The Board of County Commissioners has initiated a new county-wide Comprehensive Plan process. This means you may be able to get your property rezoned without having to go through an individual hearing. Property owners can submit an application for a change in the Comprehensive Plan and/or Zoning designation on their properties. Applications will be accepted, free of charge, at the Community Development Division through July 15, 2011.
