  • The Oregonian reports that Oregon’s Land Use Board of Appeals has upheld Clatsop County’s decision to deny a land use permit for a proposed pipeline that would serve Oregon LNG’s proposed bidirectional LNG terminal at Warrenton, Ore. Peter Hansen, chief executive of Oregon LNG, downplayed the ruling, calling it a “purely political decision” since FERC has exclusive jurisdiction over the proposed interstate pipeline.
