Practice/Industry Group Overview
Public finance is the fuel that powers Florida's inexorable growth. Florida currently ranks fourth in the U.S. in terms of the volume of public finance deals. With the significant number of matters we have handled over the last 80 years, our attorneys have been very involved in making the state what it is today.

Services Available
In addition to traditional bond issues for utilities, schools, healthcare, and other general purpose financings, one of our specialties is Community Development District financing for infrastructure development. We do more of this kind of work than any other firm in Florida. While much of our work is done directly for municipalities and other government entities, we also represent a large number of investment banks and other lending institutions in their efforts to raise funds.
Our Public Finance Practice Group and our firm, through our large Legislative and Governmental Affairs Practice Group, are well connected within many levels of Florida governmental units. We can call upon these resources and relationships as we assist our clients to achieve their business objectives.
