Mr. Peterman was a professional engineer in New York and New Jersey and has extensive experience in design, construction and claim analysis that he uses when representing clients in products liability actions and construction claims litigation. Mr. Peterman also has extensive experience in Indian law representing municipalities in land claim disputes with Native American tribes.
