Andrew Rigel is a member of Lane Powell's Construction and Environmental Practice Group and he regularly advises clients regarding real estate and land use related issues. His experience also includes matters involving water and air quality issues, Land Use Petition Act, the Endangered Species Act, tribal hunting and fishing rights, CERCLA/MTCA, NEPA/SEPA, condemnation actions, and construction defect claims. Andrew is also a member of Lane Powell's Sustainability and Climate Change Practice Group.
