Andy Jacobs advises businesses of all sizes and types, from entrepreneurial start-ups to large publicly traded companies. He assists clients in the design and operation of all types of employee benefits plans including qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity based arrangements, ESOPs, 403(b) and 457 plans, and welfare benefit plans. He also advises nonprofit entities on structure and tax exempt status. He also has substantial experience advising churches and governmental entities.
