Anthony Rollo is a member in the firm's New Orleans office. He is a trial lawyer primarily focusing on class action and complex litigation around the country involving all types of commercial and consumer disputes. His practice areas include: consumer class action and multidistrict litigation; licensing, regulatory, privacy and litigation aspects of selling products and services over the Internet and implementing online strategies; motor vehicle distribution, regulatory, franchise and litigation matters; credit insurance sales practices and related litigation; consumer finance law and related regulatory proceedings and litigation; title insurance claims, coverage disputes, and related litigation; and other complex business litigation matters. Anthony is listed as one of Woodward White's Best Lawyers in America in the field of Banking Law. He is a leader in the firm's class action defense and E-commerce/Internet law groups, and heads the firm's motor vehicle distribution and franchise law practice.

Anthony is nationally recognized for his work in the field of consumer financial services and insurance litigation, representing clients in lawsuits across the country. He has defended dozens of class actions involving numerous causes of action and emerging theories, including claims relating to alleged predatory lending, mortgage and auto finance yield spread premiums, credit card fees and practices, upcharge disclosures, collateral protection insurance, mortgage related fees, insurance packing, gross debt credit insurance, "diminished value" insurance payments, insurance commission disclosures, credit insurance fees, consumer leases, payday loans, service contract disclosures, mortgage escrow practices, debt collection practices, credit card payments for Internet gambling, racially discriminatory insurance pricing, and causes of action arising under the TILA, CLA, HOEPA, FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, RICO and state UDAP laws.
Anthony is a frequent speaker at national programs and before industry trade groups on leading edge topics relating to class action, credit insurance, motor vehicle franchise, consumer privacy, and emerging E-Commerce litigation.
