The vast majority of Barry Rothberg's cases involve the representation of developers and hotels in real estate litigation, including condominium rescission cases, canceled condominium projects, disputes over real estate purchase and sale agreements, cancellation of contracts and recovery of escrow deposits due to title defects, foreclosures, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, zoning litigation, and defending claims against real estate brokers.
