Overview
Brian Judge is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate group. Brian's experience includes permitting, leasing, acquisitions & dispositions and general real estate matters on behalf of real estate developers, medical institutions, universities, and owners of commercial properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as a Legal Fellow for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development and the Massachusetts Permit Regulatory Office. Brian's prior experience also includes serving as a Legal Intern in the Real Estate Sector of a multi-national law firm in London and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Regina L. Quinlan of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
Representative Experience
· Representation of a major university in a substantial land exchange transaction.
· Representation of a major teaching hospital in permitting, development and other various land use matters for projects in Boston.
· Representation of a large provider of remote workforce housing in the lease negotiations for a facility in Williston, North Dakota.
· Drafted a land use opinion on behalf of a real estate developer seeking to construct a hotel and retail complex in Braintree.
