Professional Experience: Mr. Hughson is a member of the firm's complex and commercial litigation practice group, where he practices in the areas of business litigation, consumer law, commercial transactions, construction/lease litigation, and bankruptcy. Mr. Hughson was a staff editor of the Michigan Law Review from 1998-1999 and an Article Editor of that journal from 1999-2000. He majored in both philosophy and mathematics at the University of Michigan, where he earned high honors in philosophy.
