Christopher R. Daily is a member of the firm's Product Liability Practice Group, where he represents businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial, medical malpractice, premises liability and product liability matters. Chris is a trial, appellate and regulatory lawyer, and his practice focuses on representing manufacturers in product liability cases, particularly those involving fires, burns and electrocutions and electric shocks. He also represents clients before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission as well as the Federal Communications Commission and assists clients in the area of product safety and risk management.
Chris is actively involved in the firm's role as national coordinating counsel for various international manufacturers, where he serves as Maryland trial counsel, as well as contributing to the defense of cases throughout the U.S. involving an array of products, including coffeemakers, toaster ovens, toasters, hand held vacuums and step stools, as well as catastrophic claims involving power tools and heavy industrial machinery. Chris also serves as Maryland trial counsel for a number of national retailers, representing these clients in premises liability cases.
Chris is a 2006 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he was a Deans Fellow. He received his undergraduate degree with honors in 1998 from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.
