· In re: CareCorps Management Company, LLC. et al., United States Bankruptcy Court for Northern District of Mississippi, Case No. 08-11728-DWH. Served as counsel for the Debtors in 13 jointly administered Chapter 11 cases involving skilled nursing facilities and assisted living centers.
· In re: Griffin Acceptance Corporation, United States Bankruptcy Court for Southern District of Mississippi, Case No. 09-01513-ee. Represented Debtor in connection with the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of a retail business with eight stores in Mississippi and Arkansas.
· In re: Lifestyle Furniture Company, United States Bankruptcy Court for Northern District of Mississippi, Case No. 07-12127. Served as counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy involving a furniture manufacturing company.
· Part of team that served as debtors counsel in jointly administered Chapter 11 reorganization cases of a publicly traded fertilizer and chemical manufacturer and its domestic subsidiaries.
