Chris represents a variety of domestic and international business and nonprofit clients in mergers and acquisitions; entity choice and organization; equity and debt financing; contracts; board governance; shareholder relations; and other compliance and transactional matters. Chris is outside corporate counsel to a range of U.S. and foreign enterprises, including early-stage ventures and other businesses and NGOs with regional, national, and global operations.
