Curtis focuses his practice on labor and employment matters. In this role, he both counsels employers on human resources issues and defends them in employment-related litigation. He has obtained summary judgment on behalf of employers in federal and state court actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other claims. Curtis has also obtained favorable resolutions for employers in various matters before federal, state and local administrative agencies, and assisted employers in successful alternative dispute resolution.
Curtis joined the firm as an Associate in 2006.
