| Biography | Daniel Henderson earned his J.D. Degree from University of Victoria in 1988. After articling with a national law firm, Mr. Henderson joined the provincial Crown Counsel's office, where he did extensive trial work in the Provincial and Supreme Courts. Mr. Henderson went into private practice in 1994 but continued to adhoc prosecute complicated and serious criminal files for a further ten years. Mr. Henderson in the last 17 years has expanded his litigation practice into criminal defence, commercial, administrative, family, and immigration matters. Mr. Henderson has consistently achieved the best possible results for his clients whether it be way of a courtroom victory or a favourable settlement. |
