Daniel enjoys a diverse litigation practice, including representation of a variety of international, regional, and local clients in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, insurance coverage, and multiparty construction matters. Daniel appears regularly before state and federal courts.
Daniel has represented clients in a variety of cases including a dispute over the termination of a worldwide license agreement, a patent infringement case involving car chargers, and a copyright infringement case brought against a large telecommunications company. He has litigated numerous corporate disputes involving all aspects of corporate law. Daniel has litigated numerous complex insurance coverage issues arising under various types of policies, including directors and officers liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, and comprehensive general liability. In addition, he has successfully defended several insurance companies against claims of bad faith. Daniel has also represented numerous contractors, subcontractors, and owners in various public and private construction matters, including matters involving allegations of fraud, breach of contract, conspiracy, and unfair business practices.
