Dan is a member of The Missouri Bar and he is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Dan was the 1975 recipient of the Missouri Bar Foundation's Lon O. Hocker Memorial Trial Lawyer Award and in 2007 was the recipient of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis Award of Honor; for excellence as a trial lawyer.
