David Farney graduated with honors from the University of Michigan in 1976 and attended law school at the Detroit College of Law in Detroit, Michigan, graduating in 1980. For over thirty years, Mr. Farney has assisted the injured victim in a variety of cases, often with difficult facts or elements of recovery. He has often been able to achieve success where others have not. He does not represent insurance companies - only plaintiffs seeking proper compensation for their injuries.

Mr. Farney also is a uniquely experienced in traumatic brain injury (TBI) cases. He is a survivor of his daughter's catastrophic head injury and has compassion and knowledge of TBI on a very personal level. He is a past board member of the Brain Injury Association of Arizona and one of the founders and first presidents of the Tucson Chapter of the Brain Injury Association of Arizona.

Over his career, Mr. Farney has handled thousands of cases involving all types of injuries and causes of action, including TBI; truck, bus and automobile accidents; food contamination/poisoning; railroad grade crossing accidents; product liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, animal bites, civil rights violations and others. He has successfully negotiated favorable settlements in thousands of cases and has prosecuted over one hundred jury trials to verdict in cases that could not be resolved favorably without trial. He has the level of understanding, compassion and experience necessary to assist the injured victim in moving forward with their life after an injury.
