David practices primarily in the areas of governmental relations, construction law, public finance and real estate law with an emphasis on acquisition, condemnation and land use issues. He has represented clients before numerous federal, state and local agencies and public bodies. David serves as counsel for the Monarch-Chesterfield Levee District, as well as more than 30 other levee and drainage districts throughout the Midwest. He has given numerous presentations on land use and floodplain development.
