David Monohan is a Partner in the Litigation Department. David has tried to verdict over 125 jury trials and defends cases in the practice areas of railroad defense, product liability, hospital defense, architects and engineers' malpractice, admiralty, construction and commercial litigation. In the last eight years he has tried to verdict eleven cases involving railroad, hospital and maritime defense, resulting in eight defense verdicts.
