Derek Mullins is an associate in the firm's Washington D.C. office. He practices in the Government Contracts and Torts practice groups. His practice involves bid protest litigation before the Government Accountability Office, counseling clients regarding government contract law, domestic and international business transactions involving the acquisition of government contractors, and class action toxic tort litigation.
Derek received his J.D. from Columbia Law School. While in law school, Derek served as a Managing Editor on the Columbia Journal of European Law. Derek graduated from Brown University in 2006 where he studied Political Science with a focus in International and Comparative Politics.
