Donald Cooper practices general corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on real estate, commercial leasing, trusts, pension and benefits, mortgage funds, developments, hotels and financing matters. He has lectured and presented papers on various subjects.
A native of Penticton, British Columbia, Mr. Cooper has practised law in this province since 1980.
