Edith A. Richardson was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and grew up in New Hampshire. She graduated from Boston University, magna cum laude, and from Cornell University School of Law, magna cum laude, where she was an editor of the Cornell Law Review.
Prior to joining Rudman Winchell, Edith served as Law Clerk to Justice Gene Carter of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. She is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Edith Richardson's practice areas include Wills, Estate Planning and Trusts, Healthcare Directives Services, IRAs and Retirement Accounts and Family Owned Business Services.
Edith is a former member of the Winterport, Maine, Planning Board and has served on the boards of several local nonprofit corporations.
