Ed has more than 30 years experience in providing advice and counsel to public and private corporations in a wide variety of commercial, business and securities matters. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions as well as the financing of companies through senior debt offerings, mezzanine financing and public and private offerings. He has represented buyers, sellers and borrowers in more than 300 separate transactions. As a result of the extensive number of transactions he has been responsible for, Ed has developed broad business experience which has enabled him to provide practical advice and counsel to Boards of Directors, management and other business personnel.
Ed represents clients throughout the U.S. in a wide variety of industries including medical products, retailing, environmental and consulting services, metal stamping, wireless communications, food services, rubber products, healthcare and others.
