| Biography | Mr. Ranger is a member of the Environmental Committee of the Arizona-Mexico Commission, the American Chamber of Commerce and President of its Climatic Change Committee. He is Adjunct Professor of Mexican and NAFTA Law at Arizona State University's College of Law, periodic lecturer on NAFTA, Trade and Environment Issues at Thunderbird, the American School of International Management, in Arizona and a former professor of Business Law at the US International University in Mexico City and of Environmental Law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
