Elizabeth A. Rocco is an associate at Bayard. Elizabeth concentrates her practice in the areas corporate formation and governance, corporate and commercial transactions, commercial and residential real estate, and commercial lending.
While in law school, Elizabeth was a judicial extern to the late Honorable Peter B. Scuderi of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Elizabeth also served as the Managing Editor of Student Works for the Villanova University Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth gained experience in the financial sector as a Private Client Wealth Management Relationship Assistant at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Boston, Massachusetts.
