Eric D. Altholz

Eric counsels employers in a wide variety of employee benefit and executive compensation matters, with special emphasis on retirement plans, deferred compensation plans, fiduciary compliance and the special issues that are of concern to tax-exempt employers. Eric also maintains an active corporate practice in the health care industry, serving as general counsel to private medical groups and advising medical practices and hospitals on contracting and corporate transactions.
