Erica is an Associate in the firm's Business Department. She advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues and general corporate matters, with a focus on early-stage companies.
Prior to law school, Erica worked as a Research Assistant at the Massachusetts House of Representatives in the Office of the Speaker of the House.
