Our Competition Law attorneys are experts in distribution law matters. We have been retained as national counsel by several clients to handle all distribution matters for those clients across the country. We have litigated dealer termination cases in multiple jurisdictions. We are knowledgeable in state laws governing the relationships between manufacturers and dealers, including specialized legislation in the automotive, farm implement and alcoholic beverage industries. Our lawyers have represented two of the Big Three automobile manufacturers and several foreign automobile manufacturers in dealer disputes. We have also helped to devise completely new distribution networks, including the preparation of a franchise offering circular and all of the necessary distribution and commercial agreements for bring a new product to market. We have represented several franchisors in franchise litigation, as well as the preparation of franchise offering circulars and franchise law compliance issues. In addition to assisting clients to build a new distribution network, we have assisted clients in developing and implementing a strategy to reshape and reduce existing distribution networks.
