Glen Rothstein focuses his practice in the area of general commercial litigation, primarily in the entertainment industry. He represents clients in state and federal courts across the country, and before the American Arbitration Association, the IFTA Arbitration Tribunal and the California Department of Industrial Relations. Mr. Rothstein's successful representations cover a broad range of matters including:

His clients include motion picture and television studios, music recording companies, actors, writers, producers, directors, recording artists, talent agents and agencies, talent and business managers, independent production and distribution companies and video game agents, developers and publishers. Mr. Rothstein's experience representing a wide array of clients in all aspects of the entertainment industry provides him with a unique insight into the litigation and negotiated resolution of entertainment-related and other general commercial disputes.
Mr. Rothstein has authored articles that have been published in legal publications and law reviews, including most recently "Materiality in Oral and Unsigned Contracts" (June 2008).
