Howell J. Reeves practices in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on federal and state securities laws, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, proxy solicitations, tender offers, and compliance matters relating to periodic reporting and other disclosure requirements, insider trading, national stock exchange and NASD requirements and antifraud provisions. For more than 30 years, Mr. Reeves has devoted a substantial amount of his time to the representation of entities engaged in the ownership and operation of resort hotel/casinos, including large publicly owned gaming companies. Mr. Reeves' current clients include; Eldorado Resorts, LLC; Eldorado Casino Shreveport Joint Venture; Circus and Eldorado Joint Venture; Silver Legacy Resort Casino Newport Global Advisors LP; NGA HoldCo, LLP; and Quaker Chemical Corporation. Mr. Reeves is a 1969 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review, and a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
