Jacqueline W. Rider

Jackie specializes in all aspects of probate litigation, estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Jackie is also a member of the firm's Higher Education practice group where she spends a significant amount of her time counseling colleges on student affairs issues including student disciplinary matters and compliance with applicable federal laws such as Title IX, FERPA, and the Clery Act.

Since 1993, Jackie has successfully litigated a variety of civil matters in federal, state, and probate courts throughout Maine and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. These have included probate matters, education law matters, real estate matters, and taxation matters.
