James R. ("Jamie") Bryant, III, is a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf. His practice includes the representation of financial institutions in negotiating and documenting structured real estate products and equity investments, including the representation of issuers and underwriters in commercial mortgage-backed securitization transactions and securitization of other real estate interests, domestic and international real estate investment funds, sale-leaseback, mezzanine financing and syndicated finance transactions. Mr. Bryant also represents banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions and investors in negotiating, documenting, and closing construction and permanent financing of commercial real estate.
