Bud is Chair of the firm's Trusts & Estates Department. His multi-state practice is concentrated in the areas of sophisticated estate planning, business succession planning, estate tax avoidance, trusts and estates, buy-sell agreements, charitable planning, asset protection and corporate law. He has more than 30 years of experience in these areas, as well as prior experience in managing his family's closely held business.
